good location great air conditioning terrible food unacceptable housekeeping
the location near to restaurants was acceptable. the air conditioning worked well.
The food was terrible. It tasted the same every day. it reminded me of the staff had no care in the world about the food quality. housekeeping walked in on me when i came out of the shower. i found this completely unacceptable.

overwhelmed staff mosquito infestation
the pools were clean and offered a refreshing escape from the heat. the location was convenient, near shops and a short walk to the beach.
the all-inclusive experience was a disaster. finding seating was a constant struggle. people were rude and staff seemed overwhelmed (i even witnessed some pushing). the evening bar next to the lake meant i was constantly fighting off mosquitoes.

mosquito full infestation
The location was convenient, offering easy access to various points of interest (a definite plus).
The room cleaning was infrequent. I had to request towels from reception after several days. The infestation of mosquitoes was quite bad, costing a fortune to keep them away.

solid stay in Alcudia
amazing ac useful kitchen lovely crew
the ac was great in the room during the hot days. the kitchen was useful and included a nice balcony view. the pool area had many activities and the crew was lovely, with plenty of entertainment for me. i found many opportunities for relaxation and recreation during my time at the hotel.
All bars close too early. They should extend some bar hours until 11pm who prefer not to attend the main evening entertainment. mosquito presence was noticeable in the show garden area. guests should bring repellent or other deterrents.
